In 2005, after nearly 15 years together as a lesbian couple, the Anderson-Minshalls transitioned to man and wife.
How did their relationship survive? That’s the subject of Queerly Beloved, the memoir Diane and Jacob Anderson-Minshall are writing about their 22-year relationship.
In addition to uncovering the roots to their successful transition, the memoir chronicles the ups and downs of their relationship and demonstrates the role the couple has played as members of the LGBTQ press.
Queerly Beloved is humorous and heartfelt and proves that it is possible to survive a gender-transition with a relationship intact–at least if you’ve already successfully navigated the adventures this couple has.
Queerly Beloved is tentatively scheduled for release in 2014. Stay tuned.
